Locale at The Landing


Key Things to Know

  • Your phone or smart device needs to be charged to use the Latch App system.

  • Metered street parking is available. Please be aware of all posted parking rules and regulations.

  • The address for the Landing is 1395 22nd St, San Francisco, CA 94107.

Step 1: Entering The Building

Locate the sensor lock and use your Latch App to gain access to the entrance of the building into the main lobby.


Step 2: Once In The Lobby

Proceed to use the stairs or the elevator to the left of the stairs to go up to the first floor. To use the elevator, please have your phone ready to use the Latch App.


Step 3: Take a Left

Proceed to go down the wood-paneled hallway on the left. Once you turn left you will take another left and see an exterior door.

This path will lead you to an elevator to access Locale units located on the third floor.


Step 4: Proceed Down the Exterior Path

Once you exit the door, you will see a long path. Proceed to go down the path. At this point you can decide to take the stairs or proceed further to take the elevator up to the third floor.

If you are taking the stairs, you will see exterior egress stairs on your right. Take those stairs up to the third floor to access the Locale units.

If you are taking the elevator, walk past the white tower located directly ahead in the picture above. The elevator hall will be shortly after on your right. Have your phone ready to scan for elevator access.


Step 5: Proceed Down Elevator Hall

Proceed down the hallway to the elevator. Use Latch to access the elevator and take it to the third floor. Rooms 301-304 are located on the left while 306-312 will be on the right.

Step 6: Enjoy Your Stay!

Once you get to your unit, hold up your phone or smart device to unlock the door. Make sure you have your Latch App downloaded.

Rules and Regulations

The Landing is committed to continuing great partnerships with the apartment communities, their residents, and our guests. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to making The Landing a great place to live and feel like home. Please respect all community and in-room policies during your stay.

Locale independently manages our apartments. If you have any issues, please contact us and not the onsite leasing team. We are available 24/7.

We are a completely non-smoking community. Smoking is prohibited in all homes and common areas.

Failure to abide by this rule can result in an administration fee. You make smoke 25 ft away from the building.

Enforced quiet hours start at 10 pm and go through 8 am. Noise violations at anytime could get you evicted.

Any policy violations may result in a $500 fine and eviction.
