HOW TO CHECK-IN

LOCALE Music Row

Locale apartments at Music Row are located within the Millennium Music Row Apartment Complex. The entrance is located across the street from 1650 Music Square S Nashville, TN 37203. If you’re not able to locate that address, please go to 70 Music Square W, Nashville, TN 37203 Follow the instructions below for self check-in via the garage entrance (if you're parking) or street entrance. Please note the parking garage has reserved spaces for permanent residents. These spots are indicated with a "Reserved" or numbered sign. Vehicles parking in reserved spots are subject to tow at the owner’s expense.


STREET ENTRANCE

Follow these steps for self check-in, which takes approximately 3-5 minutes.


Step 1: Enter the garage entrance at 1650 Music Square S Nashville, TN 37203.

Step 2: Find the elevators.
Follow the left wall (towards the leasing center) until you reach the glass doors to the elevator. The doors will be open during business hours.

If after business hours: Enter the 5-digit Building Access Code on the keypad to the left of the door. Codes were emailed to you 1 pm on the day of arrival. Once entered the door will unlock.

Step 3: Enter the elevator and select your floor.

Step 4: Proceed to your apartment.

Step 5: Enter your apartment.
Enter your apartment. Use the 4-digit Apartment Access Code.Enter the code on the keypad on the door.

Step 6: Settle in.


PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these steps for parking, which takes approximately 7-10 minutes. Please register your vehicle to avoid being towed. Text the make/model/license plate to us at (512) 580-7606.


Step 1: Enter the garage entrance at 1650 Music Square S Nashville, TN 37203.

Step 2: Temporarily park.

Pull into the garage take an immediate left towards Leasing Center. (Note: Your Locale parking pass will not work in the retail parking) Park in a future resident parking space located before the gate along the right hand side wall. You will return to your car momentarily.

Please note, you must park in a temporary spot first and access your apartment before parking within the secured garage. If you park within the garage without getting your key fob from the apartment, you will not be able to enter the building from your parking floor! Review the next step on how to access your apartment first!

Step 3: Find the elevators.
Head back towards where you entered the garage and find the glass doors to the elevators . The doors will be open during business hours.

Step 7: Collect the pass and access fob. Return to your vehicle.
Securely place your parking pass on the left of your dashboard to avoid towing. Pass must be in view from windshield while parked. 

Step 8:  Park.
Once in your car, follow the sign to resident parking. Make sure to hold the pass in the front left of the windshield to open the gate. Locale parking is along the wall, on the incline heading up to the second floor. (Pictured below) Park in any of of these spots.

Is the pass not opening the gate for you? Here are some tips to get in!

  • Pass reader is in the top left of the gate. It is a white box. Make sure your pass is pointing towards the reader. You may need to pull closer towards the center of the gate.

  • If the pass isn’t reading from inside your car, you may need to exit your vehicle and hold up the pass. Window tinting may affect the reader. Call us if you have any issues!

Step 7:  Return to your apartment and settle in.


AT CHECKOUT

We hope you've had a great stay! Leave your parking and key fobs in the apartment. The garage will open with a sensor on your way out. Should you need to bring luggage down and come back to the apartment, you can always use the Building Access Code that you entered to use the elevator when you arrived! 

Lost or unreturned parking passes and key fobs will result in a $100 replacement fee per item.
