HOW TO CHECK-IN

LOCALE MUELLER

Locale apartments at Mueller are located within the AMLI at Mueller apartment community. Your entrance is located at McBee St. Follow the instructions below for self check-in via the garage entrance (if you're parking) or street entrance.

STREET ENTRANCE

Follow these steps for self check-in, which takes approximately 3-5 minutes.


Step 1: Locate your apartment near the garage entrance.
Your apartment is near the garage entrance. You can access your apartment from McBee St. on the opposite side of the building as the leasing office.

Step 2: Proceed to your apartment.
Head up the stairs directly behind the parking meter and walk on to the apartment patio.

Step 3: Enter your apartment.
Use the 4-digit Apartment Access Code. Enter the code on the keypad above the door handle.

Step 5: Settle in.
Key property information and your access fob are located on the counter. Use the access fob for the pool, gym and clubhouse (located at the front of the building towards the leasing office) as well as the parking garage and other building entrances.


PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these steps for parking, which takes approximately 7-10 minutes. Please register your vehicle to avoid being towed. Text the make/model/license plate to us at (512) 580-7606.


Step 1: Locate the garage entrance.
The garage entrance is located on McBee St. on the opposite side of the building as the leasing office.

Step 2: Park temporarily to collect your parking pass and keyfob from the apartment.
Please note, to enter the gate you must open it with a keyfob.
Park temporarily in any open spot, labeled “Future Resident.” You’ll need to first go to the apartment and collect the access fob. You’ll come back to your car in a few minutes.

Please only use the “Future Resident” spaces for temporary parking while collecting your garage keyfob. Extended parking longer than 15 minutes in these spaces will result in your car being towed.

There are no elevators in the garage, so if you have luggage take it with you now!

Step 3: Exit the garage.
Exit the garage the way you entered. Once you are outside of the garage and on the main street take an immediate right and walk down the street to the paid parking meter. The apartment is located directly behind the meter.

Step 4: Proceed to your apartment.
Head up the stairs directly behind the parking meter and walk on to the apartment patio.

Step 6: Collect the access fob and parking pass. Return to your vehicle.
Your access fob and parking pass will be located on the counter. Head back to your vehicle and go to the resident garage. Use the fob to open the gate and park in any non-reserved spot.

Step 7: Collect the access fob. Return to your vehicle.
Head back to your vehicle and go to the resident garage. Use the fob to open the gate and park in any non-reserved spot.

Step 8: Return to your apartment.

Step 9: Settle in.
Key property information is located on the counter.

AT CHECKOUT

We hope you've had a great stay! Leave key fobs in the apartment when you leave. The garage will open with a sensor on your way out. Should you need to bring luggage down and come back to the apartment, you can always use the Building Access Code that you entered to use the elevator when you arrived! 

Lost key fobs will result in a $100 replacement fee per item.
