Step 5: Settle in.
The Welcome Binder and tray on the counter has your access keyfob, a parking pass (if needed). Use the access fob for the pool, gym and clubhouse (located in the main building with the garage) as well as the parking garage and other building entrances.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these steps for parking, which takes approximately 7-10 minutes. Please register your vehicle to avoid being towed. Text the make/model/license plate to us at (512) 580-7606.

Step 1: Locate the garage entrance.
The garage entrance is located at 1700 East 4th Street. Reference the map at the start of these instructions on the top of the page.

Step 2: Park temporarily, before the security gate, to collect your pass and key fob from the apartment.
Please note, to enter the gate you must open it with a keyfob. Please follow the directions below to retrieve your fob from your apartment.
Park temporarily in any open spot, labeled Future Resident. If there are no spaces, you can park temporarily on the street outside the garage. You'll need to first go to the apartment and collect the parking pass and access fob. You'll come back to your car in a few minutes.

Please only use the Future Resident spaces for temporary parking while collecting your garage keyfob and pass. Extended parking longer than 15 minutes in these spaces will result in your car being towed.

There are no elevators in the garage, so if you have luggage, take it with you now!

Step 3: Locate the Foot Entrance on 4th street bike path.
Once parked in a future resident space notice the mural on the walls. To the right you will see a ramp. Take that ramp down to lead to the bike path. Take the blue side to the right and underneath the double pedestrian bridge (to your right) is a door on your left.  Please use this door!

Step 4: Enter the building.
Use the 4-digit Building Access Code.  (Don't forget to hit the # sign first!)
Enter the code on the callbox to the right of the door. It'll unlock once accepted.

Step 5Proceed to your apartment.
Open the door to the building and walk straight ahead until you reach the second hallway on your left. Turn up the hallway and follow the room numbers to your apartment.

  • If you are in a courtyard unit your apartment is in this hallway.

  • If you are in a patio unit, continue to the top of the hallway and follow the room numbers to your apartment.

Step 7: Collect the pass and access fob. Return to your vehicle.
Securely place your parking pass on dashboard to avoid towing. Pass must be in view from windshield while parked.

Step 8: Enter the garage and park on your floor.
Use the keyfob, press the button on it to open the gate.  Park anywhere in any unreserved space. If the space is numbered, that's ok! Do not park in a spot labeled RESERVED, you will be towed.

Pro Tip: Park towards the NorthEast corner of the garage, this will let you down the stairwell closest to the Bike Path that will lead you back to your apartment. Parking on higher floors there are pedestrian bridges that will take you to Building #2. Then, you may take the stairwell down to Level 1.

NOTE: Clearance is 7'2" in the garage and the gate opens towards your car. It will not open if you're too close; if this happens, reverse slightly until the gate begins opening.

Step 9: Return to your apartment.

NOTE: The garage and Building #2 do not have any elevators. We suggest taking your luggage with you upon initial arrival to apartment. Once parked, use the stairs on the NE corner of the garage to the 1st level, exit the garage and walk across the path to Building #2, following the directions you used earlier. (Alternatively, if you're parked on a higher floor, you can use the pedestrian bridge on the NE corner and then take the stairs down to Level 1)

AT CHECKOUT

We hope you've had a great stay! Leave your parking passes and key fobs in the apartment. The garage will open with a sensor on your way out. Should you need to bring luggage down and come back to the apartment, you can always use the Building Access Code that you entered to use the elevator when you arrived!

Lost or unreturned parking passes and key fobs will result in a $100 replacement fee per item.
